The 62nd Annual Beaufort Water Festival returns July 14 - 23, 2017 with South Carolina’s Premier Water and Air Event. Since 1956, The Beaufort Water Festival has brought residents and visitors from Beaufort, Charleston, Savannah, Hilton Head Island and parts beyond together in a two-week long celebration of the coastal Lowcountry. The Beaufort Water Festival is comprised of more then two dozen individual events including sporting events, aquatic events, arts & crafts, music and of course, the best of Lowcountry cuisine.
On Saturday July 15th, enjoy a Concert in The Park sponsored by New Country Bob 106.9. There will be performances by Aaron Lewis with opening music by Jordan Rager and a special performance by Steel Rail Express. Admission is $35 (Children age 5 and under FREE) and Waterfront Park gates open at 7PM. No strollers, coolers, outside food or beverages or professional photography. On Sunday, July 23, plan to be at the Promenade at the Waterfront Park, 9am – 3pm, for the Blessing of the Fleet and Parade of Boats - Sponsored by The Past Commodores of the Beaufort Water Festival. The event will take place on the Beaufort River in front of Waterfront Park Seawall. Registration for participants is FREE.
You'll want to make plans to hop over to Panini's River Deck for fresh local cuisine and cold drinks during the event. We have the largest (and only) patio overlooking the stage.
